Philadelphia if full of parks. What are your favorites? I live near Seger at 10th and Lombard. It certaintly has all that we need but in much needed repair. There are tennis courts, a tot lot, playground, water feature and a rec center (albiet small) with restrooms.
We also visit Three Bears Park, Liberty Lands and occassionally Franklin Square.
